Fiducia LLC has the right to revise the terms at any point without prior intimation. After receiving your information for preparing the tax return, we prepare the tax return based on your input. We are not responsible for the verification or audit of the information provided by you. Based on your interest in availing of the service and based on the information received, we prepare tax returns and see if any planning is applicable on the tax returns. Depending on the necessity, we will inform you of the fee for it. If you wish to proceed ahead, you need to make the payment mentioned in your login before filing. You receive the tax return draft copy; once the payment is successful, check the tax return copy prepared. The fee is refunded based on the client's request before issuing the tax return draft copy.
Usage of Information

However, once the IRS accepts your e-filed tax return, no changes will be made to your account that would change any of the information on the tax return. We will retain your data for as long as needed to provide you services. We will keep and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
